Jim Leonhard Football Skills Camp Highlights • High school athletes of all skill levels are welcome No helmets or pads are needed. Campers need to bring their own football cleats, running shoes and workout clothes. |

| Registration (8:00 - 9:00) | |||
| Only on Wednesday, June 23rd for athletes who have not yet registered. Athletes under the age of 18 MUST have a waiver that is signed by a legal parent or guardian or WILL NOT be able to participate in the activities. | |||
| Check-In (8:45 - 9:00) | |||
| All athletes must check in at registration on the first day before going onto the field. | |||
| Morning Session (9:00 - 12:00) | |||
| The morning session will focus on the development of the techniques and skills needed to improve performance on the football field. The session will be comprised of football fundamentals as well as separate offensive and defensive specific drills and techniques. | |||
| Lunch (12:00 - 1:00) | |||
| Lunch will be provided | |||
| Afternoon Session (1:00 - 2:30) | |||
| The afternoon session, led by personal trainer Brian Leonhard, will focus on the improvement of speed, agility, and power, while stressing the importance of proper body position, form and technique. | |||
